Hi, I’m Sarah!
By day, I’m a Doctor of Clinical Psychology student (Psy.D.) at Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine – basically learning how the brain works while drinking way too much coffee.
By night (and weekends, and lunch breaks…), I’m a total kitchen geek. I’m that person who gets excited over a new spatula, owns three different vegetable choppers “for science,” and has strong feelings about which nonstick pan actually stays nonstick.
I buy kitchen stuff with my own money, use it in my tiny apartment kitchen until it either becomes my best friend or ends up in the “never again” drawer, and then I come here to tell you the honest truth – no brand pays me to say nice things.
When something survives my clumsy hands, late-night cooking sessions, and my very picky taste buds, I’ll also share the simple recipe I made with it (because good tools deserve good food).
So if you want real-life reviews from someone who treats her kitchen like a science lab and a therapy room at the same time – you’re in the right place.
Stick around, say hi, and let’s talk kitchen wins (and total flops)!
